|Rescue Me ID: 17-04-13-00504Will (male)|
Will is a great pup, he is great with kids and loves people. We have recently discovered that one of our kids is allergic and the allergies have turned in to respiratory issues. We have tried everything but the health issues are not going away. This is the only reason we have decided to re home him. Will loves to be outside, he spends the day outside in his kennel and at night if it's not too cold he would rather sleep outside. When he sleeps inside the house he will sometimes need to go outside during the night, he will wake us up to let us know. He Is crate trained but really does not like it. He is potty/ house trained. He is excellent walking on a leash. Has a chip. He is an adventures he, has free reign of 20 acres and is happy being outside. He brings us back old shoes, bones, antlers, dead animals and all sorts of strange things. He is a smart dog, he can open doors and often is clever enough to reach the food from the counter. We did attend puppy class and he is great at following instructions, he is not so much in to fetching but LOVES his toys. Toys is how we keep him occupied and out of trouble. Because he enjoys his toys so much he did have to have surgery when he was about 7 months. The nylon handle was too big to pass and we had no alternative. He has since recovered and is in perfect health. Now we only buy him large rubber hard toys, no cloth or nylon. Will enjoys being inside with the family and will follow you all over the house. He does spend a lot of time inside with us and enjoys relaxing with the family (Less)
